TO EXPEDITE THE LOAN PROCEDURE, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS NEEDED At Application Time: o Signed sales contract or building agreement. o Plans and specifications, if new construction. o Account numbers and addresses for bank depositories. o Account numbers and address for any debt. o Name & address of landlord or mortgage holder for past 2 years. o Past two years complete signed Federal tax returns and W-2’s. o Statements verifying company savings plans, 401K, IRA’s, profit sharing, mutual funds, stocks, cash value of insurance. o Most recent 2 or 3 months’ deposit account statements. A non-refundable fee of $________, which will be applied toward closing costs, may be needed to begin processing the loan. Other items which may be needed: o Contract on sale of current home, company buyout or relocation agreement. o HUD-1 settlement for closing of current home. o Final divorce decree and property settlement. o Lease agreements for rental property. o Gift affidavit. o College diploma, if recently graduated. o Copy of canceled earnest deposit check (if 2% or more of sales price). o Bankruptcy discharge papers. o Trust agreement. o Green card or visa if resident alien.
